Techwest management team are pleased to announce that they have been
successful in adding the Karrinyup Shopping Centre to their work in progress.
Working alongside the amazing teams at Multiplex and Everett Smith & Co, we
are proud to be associated with this project.
Services covered under our scope of works are:
Closed Circuit Television Systems – Milestone VMS and HIKVISION
Cameras.
Security and Access Control – utilising Inner Range Integriti IP Solution
with HID iClass mobile ready readers.
Public Address with speakers throughout driven from a Biamp Vocia
network infrastructure with amplifiers from the Redback range.
MATV – An IP solution utilising Ikusi Flow . The most complete solution for
professional sites and venues.
Assistance Required System – Located in the parenting and guest facilities, a
system developed by Techwest. All systems have local warning and also at the
CMO.
This significant development, which AMP Capital is managing on behalf of
owner UniSuper, will see the centre almost double, growing from 59,874 sqm
to 109,000sqm, and incorporating additional supermarkets, large-format
international retailers, an alfresco dining precinct and a state-of-the-art 10
screen Hoyts cinema.
